Kristin Borter is booked on a first-come basis and is available to travel to your location throughout Indianapolis, Fishers, Carmel, Zionsville, Westfield, Greenwood, Brownsburg, and beyond.

Due to seasonal demands, I ask that you schedule your makeup trial as far in advance of your wedding day as possible. Booking a trial does not hold your wedding date until a signed contract and deposit is submitted.

Advance booking and a 50% non-refundable fee is required to reserve my services for a specific wedding date and time. The client is responsible for all travel expenses that may incur.

Payment is due at the end of service. I accept checks, cash, and Venmo.

On-location wedding day rates do not include artist gratuity.

The client is responsible for valet parking for as well as lodging, meals and all other travel expenses when applicable.

• I have found it to be most helpful when a bride brings Pinterest/Instagram photos or magazine pictures as well as a phone or camera to take photos of your finished wedding look.

• Please arrive with clean, moisturized skin.

• If you are going to wax your eyebrows, please do so at least 5 days before your trial or wedding day.

• Due to Covid-19, I strongly suggest each person receiving a makeup application bring their own lipstick. Plus, you will want to reapply throughout your special day.

All wedding deposits are non-refundable. Weddings canceled less than 30 days prior to the wedding rate are still required to pay the full cost of contracted services.

Please kindly give a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your trial appointment.

Cancellations or missed appointments without prior notice will be charged the full cost of the appointment.

Sometimes a person in the Bridal Party wants to get their makeup done that was not included in the original number. If time permits, yes! I will do my very best to make this happen.

So that I am able to provide quality services to all, it’s best to book all bridal party needs in advance of the big day.
